Evan has experienced many unfair and trying events in his almost 13 years. Yet, in spite of these painful times, he always chooses kindness and remains an optimist. He is a talented ninja warrior athlete and junior coach to others of all ages. He is wise and compassionate beyond his years. He inspires those around him to never give up. Evan embodies the Carve Out Courage mission of building resilience and triumph over of adversity. Though he didn’t choose his life circumstances, he is choosing how to react and live his best life.
